The Prime Minister has signed a decree issued guidelines for implementation of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fire and Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting.
Decree promulgating the list of 17 types of establishments are under the management of fire prevention and fire fighting; 19 on the list of establishments under fire hazards; 8 basis subject to notification to the police department about fire prevention and fire fighting conditions ensuring fire safety and fire before being put into use.
In particular, according to this decree, 20 types of projects to be police authorities and fire prevention and fighting appraisal and approval of the design fire prevention and fighting, including market district, commercial center - ranging from 300m2 supermarket, 5-storey apartment, garage can accommodate from 5 seats. The projects have a high risk of fire, of course also in this list as a shop selling petrol from a pump or more columns, armory and explosives, the industrial production risk classes fire insurance, power plants, electricity substations of 110 kV or higher ...
Decree shall come into force from 15/9.
